The placement cell at VIP runs year-round — partner outreach, aptitude training, mock interviews, and per-student tracking from year two onwards.

Recruiters span manufacturing, IT services, electrical contracting, fashion houses and government utilities. Below is a representative slice — the full year-on-year list is shared with shortlisted candidates.

Aptitude & soft skills
From year 2 — quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, communication and group discussion drills.

Mock interviews
Weekly mock interviews and CV reviews with faculty and alumni panels through the final year.

Recruiter visits
On-campus drives, off-campus pooled drives and walk-ins coordinated by the placement cell.

Tracking & support
Each student is tracked individually until placed; ongoing support for offer evaluation and joining.
