Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees holds ultimate fiduciary responsibility for the institution and approves the strategy, budgets and statutory disclosures of every Vishveshwarya vertical — including this institute. It meets at scheduled intervals through the academic year and ratifies the recommendations of the Board of Governors and IQAC.

The current composition of the Board, along with their tenures and committee assignments, is documented in the official statutory disclosures. Members rotate per the trust deed; updated constitution and minutes are filed with the registrar of societies and shared with regulators on request.
