Introduction
History, regulators, affiliations and the campus that VIP calls home.
Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions (VGI) was established in 2000 to deliver high-quality education in technology, pharmacy, management, agriculture and allied disciplines. The group has been consistently ranked among the leading colleges of Uttar Pradesh.
The name Vishveshwarya is borrowed from Sir Mokshagundam Vishveshvaraya (1861–1962), India's first civil engineer and a Bharat Ratna laureate — a fitting patron for an institution centred on engineering education.
Regulators & affiliations
- AICTE — All India Council for Technical Education
- Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) — affiliation for B.Tech and management programmes (sister verticals)

The campus is in Greater Noida Phase-II, near Dadri on the Ghaziabad–Bulandshahr highway, roughly 20 km from Ghaziabad and 8 km from Pari Chowk.
